I dove into a couple of fab cookbooks for my most recent cookbook review. Molly Gilbert‘s One Pan & Done and Colu Henry‘s Back Pocket Pasta are two very approachable books from confident cooks who will help you get a tasty meal on the table in not too much time without too much work. They are making my weeknight cooking and casual dinner parties so much better!
