Alanna Taylor-Tobin, the blogger behind The Bojon Gourmet, makes gluten-free baking look so good. I’ve followed her blog for a long time and was excited to get my hands on her new cookbook, Alternative Baker: Reinventing Dessert With Gluten-Free Grains and Flours.
It’s filled with her signature gorgeous photos and enticing recipes. I started with teff oatmeal cookies studded with whisky-soaked currants, and I can’t wait to make them again. It’s a strong start to the holiday baking season.
